Family day!




I love those times when I can spend my whole day with all of my boys. Usually we go for a lunch, ice cream, shopping, movies (not so much since baby was born) and if the weather is bad we like to stay indoors in our pyjamas watching movies and playing monopoly which my son somehow always wins (I think he cheats). So this past weekend it was a holiday (long weekend) in Canada so we had an extra day to enjoy. It was a busy weekend, but we managed to take some time only for us four.

It was a beautiful day so we decided to have a lunch on the patio. And even though patio was beautiful and sunny we ended up being a lunch. Mosquitoes are the sizes of an airplane. Seriously. I have bite marks all over my body. If anyone knows any good remedy for mosquito bite marks, please let me know.


This is before they started to bite (they are smart, they wait until you start eating so you are not going to move that easily) LOL

  1. The mosquitoes are terrible right now - I forgot how bad they can here living away for so long. I'm covered in bites but find that the Band Aid skin stuff (or, better yet, Nu Skin) works pretty good - paint it on over the bite and the itch is gone!

  6. Love the shirt and bangles! I hear you about the mosquitoes--I live in South Florida, and they are TERRIBLE here! We have a big, backyard garden that we like to sit in on the weekends, but before doing so, we have to spray the whole yard with repellent, light tiki torches all around the table area, light citronella candles under the table to protect our feet and then spray ourselves with repellent. A lot of work just to be able to relax mosquito-free!
